Restrictions for Xcaret

Xcaret Basic Tour

Children under 4 years old enter free and from 5 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket (in both cases it is essential to present identification at the park ticket offices)
Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
Snorkel equipment rental is $10.99 USD (requires a refundable deposit of $25 USD).
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya will be included only if you select it at the time of purchase.
Reservations canceled more than two days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, will not be refundable.
Date changes are not allowed on the day of your visit.

Xcaret Plus Tour

Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age.
Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative charge; from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, they will not be refundable.
It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.
The use of snorkel equipment is included (requires a refundable deposit of $10 USD).
