Tour Description
Marvel at the majesty of Mayan architecture as you gaze at the ruins of Tulum. This pre-Columbian walled city is located on top of a cliff with an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea. During this part of the tour you will learn a lot about the Mayan culture and its way of life thanks to the excellent state of conservation of its ancient buildings, murals and monuments.
Then we will take you to see an ancient Mayan cenote. These natural freshwater pools come from underground rivers and were considered sacred water sources by the Mayans. You will be able to explore the impressive caves and their ancient rock formations.
We will continue the adventure doing the snorkeling activity in the Yal-kú lagoon, a charming sanctuary of colorful tropical fish where the fresh water of the cenotes mixes with the salt water of the sea creating the ideal habitat for an exotic marine life that you will love to meet.
At the end of the excursion we will take you to an exclusive beach club where you can taste a succulent meal and enjoy the sun, relax in the shade of a palm tree or swim in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.
