The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years old. NOTE: for the zip line activity a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required.
The use of a life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, spine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, or for pregnant or suspected women.
The average temperature of the cenotes is 24 to 26 ° C throughout the year.
Take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to get to them are not paved.
