- This tour is not recommended for people in a wheelchair or with recent surgeries.
- Minimum age to participate: 3 months.
- Infants from 3 months to 3 years old do not pay a fee, but they are not assigned a seat.
- Age range for the minor rate: 4 to 11 years.
- The permission for the use of video recording devices in the archaeological zone must be paid directly at the box office.
- Devices include cell phones, tablets, or cameras.
- Each passenger will pay an additional cost for the government tax for access to the Archaeological Zone of Tulum. Payment will be made upon boarding.
