Restrictions for Xenses

Entrada Xenses

It is essential to be over 18 years old to enter the park alone.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to enter.
Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
Visitors with a disability must always be accompanied by a family member or friend to assist them at all times.
Activities not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia or easily dizzy; who have recent surgery, back pain or weighing more than 136 kg; nor for pregnant women.
For zip lines the minimum height required is 1.40m. and the minimum weight required is 40 kg.
For your safety, avoid the use of a selfie stick, cane or sports camera float in activities.
The Tobogán and Bird Flight activities include aquatic areas with a depth of between 1.10 m and 1.70 m deep. For safety, it is recommended that in these activities children have a minimum height of 1.10 m, and that both adults and children know how to swim. The activities are carried out individually.
The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children from the age of five, as long as the harness fits them correctly.
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya will be included only if you add it at the time of purchase.
Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses; and with less than 2 days before the arrival date, or in case of not arriving, they will not be refundable.
It is not possible to make date changes on the same day of your visit.
