At Otium International, your health and well-being are our priority. Therefore, we have implemented a rigorous Global Transfer Protocol that adapts to current conditions to ensure maximum safety in your travels.
Airport arrival
Thermal tests will be carried out on passengers to detect fevers caused by infection, using digital thermometers that measure skin temperature at high speed.
Our personal will be wearing clean uniforms daily and face shield, you will also have gel-antibacterial and disinfectant to apply on hands, shoes and suitcases before boarding the transportation.
Representatives
Our representatives will wear their clean uniform and will be equipped with their masks from the beginning to the end of their work day.
Maintaining a prudent distance whenever and wherever possible, avoiding unnecessary contact.
They will disinfect their area and work instruments after interacting with each client.
During the transfer
The capacity of our vehicles was reduced to 15% to keep the distance between passengers.
Drivers and transfer workers will wear clean uniforms and masks from the beginning to the end of your shuttle and offer antibacterial gel to passengers when boarding.
After the service
All areas exposed to passenger will be clean and sanitize (seats and armrests, seat belts and windows, handles, light controls and / or air conditioning, etc.)

These measures have been applied in accordance with the protocols of the Safe Travels stamp of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) and designed in combination with organizations such as the International Council of Airports (ACI), the International Association of Cruises (CLIA), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and according to the standards established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Prevention (CDC).
